The transforms.py has been updated to allow the mean and standard deviation used for spectrogram normalization to be configured via a config file. By default, the mean and standard deviation calculated on AudioSet for log mel spectrograms are used.
A calculate_normalization_parameters.py has been added to src/datamodule/components that can be used to calculate the mean and standard deviation for a training data set.
