To easily get a Datamodule for your dataset of choice it would be great to have a specific one for each subset.

[ ] create Datamodules for each subset (see HF dataset card), e.g. HSNDataModule which inherits from GADMEDataModule
[ ] adapt the configs to use the new Datamodules (less duplicated code Yeah 🎆 )
