Title: Error 308 from PT

Description: I have installed DCC++EX version 3.1 and this works fine with Rocrail and JMRI. Except for the program track. I get error 308, no response, in Decoder Pro. When I set <1 JOIN> the loco reacts to the throttle setting normally. Any suggestions?

The symptoms suggest that the current measurement on the prog track is not working. 1 JOIN working confirms that the dcc signal is getting to the track through the prog side of the motor shield.

What shield are you using and what setting do you have in the config.h ?
