If you have a valid DCC signal at the point where it says DCC IN (which can be verified by driving a Loco from the signal there) then it is not much we from the DCC-EX project can do about it. Next would be to check the signal at the IBT2 input pins 1 and 2 (rectangle wave 5V, so use scope or at least check with multimeter for 2.5V) and the enable pins 3,4,7 should be 5V. Then the schematic is wrong around how LED D3 is connected and oriented. But it should be lit when the Arduino Mini has decided that there is no short.

Title: High Power DCC Booster Dave Bodnar's
Description: I built an EX-Commandstation using your latest software as described your website. Using Rocrail the EX-Commandstation is functioning 100%. I recently built a booster as described by Dave Bodnar's http://www.trainelectronics.com/DCC_Arduino/DCC_Booster_2/index.htm It is attached to the CommandStation as described in his site. No modifications. However connecting the main track to the booster is not resulting in a functional signal. Any suggestions?
