Hi Wayne, The correct value for the current sense resistor is one ohm as it says in the "Method 1 - Adding Current Sense Resistors" paragraph. Fig 37 has typo problems and is in correct. In figure 38 the colours are hard to see, the colour code for one ohm is brown black gold and the gold does look like orange. The label correctly states 1ohm. 3W should be more than adequate. Hope this helps.

Title: L298N Motor Driver Setup webpage
Description: With reference to your page: https://dcc-ex.com/reference/hardware/motorboards/L298N-motor-board-setup.html Under the heading "Method 1: Adding Current Sense Resistors" it states that 2 of One Ohm 3 Watt power resistors is required yet Figure 37 labels the resistors as 1.5Kohm and 1/2 Watt. Yet to add further confusion the image of the resistors show Brown Black Orange which is 10Kohm. So it would helpful if this confusion is removed by ensuring the text and the image match. In the meantime I'd appreciate knowing exactly what spec the resistors are suppose to be. Thank you for your time, Wayne
