It may be due to changes to files which belong to EX-Installer. Delete the folder C:/Users/____/ex-installer/CommandStation-EX and it will be restored by EX-Installer.

Title: Unable to install EX-CommandStation
Description: I was tried to get the WifI working using the Makerfabs ESP8266 Wifi shield (I had successfully installed the recommended firmware) and could see the server on the throttle. But could not get any other response. So decided to take the Wifi Shield off and go back to a direct connection to my laptop and use JMRI. The JMRI was connecting ok to the Mega 2560 but again couldn't get any response when connecting up the track. So decided to reinstall the Ex-CommandStation and this is the message that came up "Local changes detected: f['EX-CommandStation-installer.exe (Deleted)'. I have attached the error log file that was produced. Be very grateful if you could advise of the actions I need to take. Kind regards Jim Weaver
