Hi,

installed everything and everything seems to work fine, but I get no current on the A and B output.

Did everything in the 'troubleshooting' part. Everything works, yellow lights on the motorshield are on, read 5v on the 3 and 11 pin but only 2.5v on the 12 and 13 pin, nothing comes out of A or B

What can be wrong?

regards,

Track power supply needs to be a minimum of 12V 2A and DC.
Your voltage readiings look good. 2.5V on pins 12 and 13 are expected as the DCC signal is similar to 50% PWM. VIN trace cut or VIN pin bent out?
Using the DC scale, you can measure the voltage from each rail vs GND (or -V of power supply). It should be close to 50% of the track power supply. Attach a .txt file with a copy of the startup logs, as seen in the serial/device monitor.
