Title: Can't see command station on Arduino IDE

Description: I'm new to DCC-EX, old school guy and I need a little help. I build my command station form your recommended from the web site. Arduino Mega 2560, MotorShield8874, Makerfabs WiFi8266 and power supply Toshiba VO3117 15-VDC 8-AMP. Software install EX-Installer, Arduino IDE 2.3.2 and JMRI ver. 2 . Put Engine Driver on cell phone can't see engines or command station? I may need more help then a little?

Only one program can use the COM port. If you are connected with JMRI, the Arduino IDE serial monitor cannot connect, etc.
