Title: Change track mode to DC from IDE

Description: I am new to this and only have a DC locomotive. I am trying to change the track mode to <= A DC 1234> but not sure which file to edit this on. Please help

Hello & Welcome Hanesh, Version 4.0.x is an older version.

The new TrackManager with analogue DC (PWM) control is available with the newer DCC-EX Version 5.0+.

Please update your EX-CommandStation firmware so you can change the track mode directly from your IDE serial monitor with the command you've previously used <=A DC 1234> and <=B DC 4321>. see; https://dcc-ex.com/trackmanager/index.html#id10

You can make those a more permenant setting by creating either a new mySetup.h file and or a myAutomation.h file then entering the desired settings in them as the normal bootup process. see: https://dcc-ex.com/ex-installer/managing-config-files.html#gsc.tab=0
