Description: I have 2 trains on the same track and am using RESERVE and FREE to keep them separated. unfortunately neither of the trains are responding to the commands

Reserve and free depend on the correct formulation of your automation script and correctly functioning track sensors.

Without more details of your layout, sensors and myAutomation script we can't possibly diagnose your problem.
