Ditch libtcod once and for all in favour of a opengl-based text library

We need to:

• map the bitmap font in the repo to their ascii representations
• sketch a little opengl text-output library that will let us change fonts on runtime and write text.

I can probably do it myself but I kind of want to implement the SPED-3. If r4d2 hasn't replied when I get home I'll do it.
