dtcc2 done! #225

I finally "finished" dtcc2. I integrated it already with the toolchain and the stdlib (in the branch dtcc2). Please pull and test the shit out of it ;)

DO NOT accept the Pull Request yet...

As soon as I have your go ahead, I will merge it into master.

I've just confirmed that it now builds on Windows.

i just got confirmation from @ThatOtherPerson that this also builds on windows in VS. I'm merging this now ...
