Since for 'public interest', no consent forms are required, people now get confused by:

"Upload hier de toestemmingsverklaring (in .pdf of .doc(x)-formaat):"

Could we add: "(Bij algemeen belang, dien hier s.v.p. een leeg Word document in."?
