Specifically when comparing the IC file of the first trajectory of LK-24-130-02.

At first I thought that this might be another unrecognized MIME type in get_document_contents(), but passing the file through magic locally gave me application/vnd.openxmlformats-officedocument.wordprocessingml.document which should be supported.

Needs more research.

Don't know whether it is this particular application, but comparing Extra2 Briefing version 24-130-03 with 02 gives 'no changes found', but actually, there ARE changes. I now contacted the applicant about this for nothing, which is a bit embarrassing. We should be able to rely on this feature. Will this be okay in 4.0?
