As a SafeSweeper operator, In addition to the getting the coordinates, I want to know if the gps is not working or the gps could not be found, so that I will have a better idea on what to do to next.
Acceptance criteria
[x] The car sends a signal for gps module is not working when location is needed to be sent to the app.
[x] The car sends a signal for the gps could not be identified (even if the gps module is working) not working when location is needed to be sent to the app.
[x] The app implements on the signals from the car.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Test to get the location when gps module is not connected and when the gps module could not get a satellite, and check the text on the app that informs the two situations.
