User Story

As a SafeSweeper operator I want to be able to make the car go in different speeds, so that I have more control over the car.

Acceptance criteria

[ ] The car should move at the set speed from the application

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Start the app
Start the car
Connect to the car
Drag the slider to desired speed
