Avoid sending duplicate location of detected mines (car side)

User Story

As a SafeSweeper operator I want to get new or non-duplicate locations of found "mines" so that SafeSweeper would not need to wait my approval for next search.

Acceptance criteria

• [ ] SafeSweeper do not report the location of an already reported mine.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• Start the app
• Power on the vehicle
• Navigate the Safesweeper over the "minefield"
• Find "mine" using the RFID reader
• Register the location of the vehicle using the GPS
• Store the coordinates temporarily in the car
• Check if the location is not sent before and send it if it is a fresh data.
• Get notification on the app for new mine
