Hi All.

I am not too familiar with JS so apologies if it does not match full standards, but tested it and seem to work. Is related to discussion #17668

This PR allows title to be set to author only. This as Twitter does not have titles, and uses description now; which does not look great when RSS client shows preview of first few lines (which should often be enough to get grasp of the tweet).
