Improve title format #7004

What feature is it?

Enforce an universal format for all feed titles. Currently the best format I think it could be is "Service - Type/Route name - Name"

What problem does this feature solve?

Currently, different feeds are using different title format, for example: Service Type Format
F-Droid App \nNAME\n releases on F-Droid
Telegram Channel NAME - Telegram 频道
Soundcloud User NAME| Free Listening on SoundCloud
Docker Image NAME build history
App Store App NAME for macOS 更新

It's an extremely mess if I subscribe more than one type of feeds, especially when the rss aggregator doesn't allow name changing, like this rssbot for telegram

Additional description

I know there is a lot of work involved in replacing title formats, but it would be a great improve for this project, and if this proposal is accepted, I can help replace them and send a PR.
