Displays and Controller: compile all setting on the sittings page

As a user I want to be able to change settings as quick as possible. All possible settings should be arranged on the settings page.

• Chanel
• Brightness
• LoRa output power
• Box/sixes presets and custom settings for breaks
• Oled Display on/off (only Receiver?)
• wifi Manager???
