Controller: add button functionality to adjust current time #34

as a shot clock operator I want to be able to adjust the starting time ones to react on specific game progress.

could be done like:

-long press one button until time change mode is entered (one of the upper or lower middle button?) -increasing or decreasing time by one each press the button left or right of the initial button -press middle button again to leave change mode

maybe add permanent start time functionality as well (other middle button) in addition to this functionality by the web application
