Add a link to the REST API Open API page from the device management app

A simple quality of life improvement.

The URL https://host.name/iota/... needs to be transformed to https://host.name/broker/api/docs

Wouldn't hurt to update the nginx config so broker/api/docs becomes iota/api/docs too.
