This repository is the home to the UBC DSCI 310 course open peer review. In this course students work in teams to build data analysis projects using R and Python, and perform open peer review of the projects they develop. To do this, the students follow the peer review process inspired by the JOSS, JOSE and rOpenSci organizations.
Copy the data analysis review checklist and outline into the issue for the data analysis project you were assigned to review.
Complete the checklist, and provide kind and constructive review comments to help the authors improve their data analysis projects.
We have borrowed materials and processes from the JOSE and rOpenSci organizations for running our data analysis peer review in the UBC DSCI 522 - Data Science Workflows course. We thank these organization greatly for the excellent materials they have created for this!
