ProtoDUNE CRT integration #162

Type adapter and frame processor for CRT integration to the DAQ, following closely to existing examples.

Associated pull requests are made for the mmatt15/crt branches in fddetdataformats, daqdataformats, fdreadoutmodules, fddaqconf, and rawdatautils.

This PR is part of the work associated with daq-deliverables Issue 125.

I've verified that these changes compile successfully when the corresponding daqdataformats and fddetdataformats repos are included.

OK, this all appears to be running well at EHN1 now, and so I am signalling re-approval and merging it in.
