Init UI Spawns Multiple Times - So Does The Init #110

[Tested on master from May 6th - Packed with PBO Manager 1.4, played locally via SP Scenario]

The DUWS-R begins. I marvel at the menu provided to me: "Choose an HQ Placement" - I am provided two options.

Quickly I click upon my option before something loads properly, and the dialog box pops right back up.

I may repeat such quick clicking many times before something does load properly, and it ceases.

However the DUWS-R has not forgotten about my clicks, and it will generate however many bases I gave for said clicks, which may translate into a laggy complex such as that below. Note also the sitrep icon is present 3 times, which implies a lot more scripts are being spawned multiple times 2015-06-28_00001

This laggy anomaly is not exclusive to base generation however, for when I am presented the zone generation screen I may perform said rapid clicks upon either the "Generate-R" or "Generate-M" buttons to produce a result such as the complex pictured below in which those filthy Persians have managed to integrate both a comms station and research bunker! 2015-06-28_00002

Perhaps the reader is puzzled. I too am. "I have never seen this before" - you _NEITHER HAVE I!_ Indeed the issue is bizarre For I find no occurrence of it therein in any other edition, [But my own] So please do accept my self-admonition : Perhaps this bug is of no creation of yours But a monster of my own creation and chores.

If the lame poetry bit wasn't quite clear, I am unable to reproduce this in the current workshop version in either MP or SP because the UI goes away lickity-split when clicked, yet the code bases are exactly the same save for how I self packed and played it locally, so I can't see how I could've created this bug.
