Fixes #45

Summary

Removing todo.TXT file from source as it is not needed. Issues are now tracked in GitHub. Some of the issues were re-worded to include additional details. Issues in TodoMP.TXT didn't make much sense after running it though http://translate.google.com so I removed it outright.

I also amended the commit to pull out the changelog as well since I have it located here now.

Testing

View and verify the following issues #46, #47, #48, #49, #50 and #51.

Merging this since it removes a txt file and does not directly affect play-ability.
