Upgrade scripts #63

This just upgrades VAS, TAW and pFLIR to recent versions.

@rlex Just as a heads up, you might want to work on new items in a separate branch. If you were to make more commits to your master branch then those changes would get included in this pull request. Working on things in separate branches lets one PR of yours get accepted and another one not. Also, it ensures that each set of changes is isolated and not dependent upon one another.

I'll try to look at this through the day today but it might be later in the week before I'm done with review. Thanks for looking into this. I'll work on getting your PR into format since I don't have that information in the Wiki yet.

Yeah that was stupid. I already pulled some new changes from DUWS modified and they seems to based on base with upgraded scripts. Probably need to move that in separate branch and re-open PR.
