Option to take forces from HQ command #83

1- Option to pull down command of a TF. This one is big for me. Seeing an M4 Scorcher 
spawn, putter around uselessly, unwilling to support players and unable to take any 
commands, and then wander off to the nearest opfor AT soldier to be murdered is... 
incredibly silly. Same with ghost hawks spawning above an FOB and just sitting there static,
waiting to be killed by AA. Being able to at least command them if not add them to your 
squad would be great.
