<end> node looks different than nomnoml website #7

In Obsidian, here's what I get image

With the same code in nomnoml's website image

I do see in the source code for nomnoml the rendering does seems to do the circle within a circle end node, but I don't see that result in Obsidian. https://github.com/skanaar/nomnoml/blob/16952e385c700b676b798b0886d77ebfe8434a5d/src/visuals.ts#L348

How do you prevent overflow on the window/page on obsidian btw? It appears other people have had the problem but I don't see a solution yet.
