Use comptime to inline package version
Use assert instead of with for greater Node compatibility (at least until assert gets deprecated, but hasn't happened yet)
Switch to unplugin. I'd like to do emitDeclaration too, but there are a lot of type errors right now. (Also not getting Civet's types to load correctly... maybe a bug, to be investigated.)
