https://civet.dev/config docs page is finally interesting. It both lists all options (moving some material from README) and shows how to specify config files.

BREAKING CHANGE: comptime is no longer at the top level, but within parseOptions, for consistency with rest of Civet. (I could add a top-level comptime for backward compatibility, but it's a pretty new option so I can't imagine there's much use yet.)
