Change all non-annotation properties to annotation #12

Replaced "x = Property" with "x: Property" to make add-on compatible with Blender 2.93+. This breaks compatibility with pre-2.80, so I also removed a bunch of the wrapper code at the top that no longer seemed necessary.

I forgot to note, I tested this script with Blender 3.22 and it works. So this update hopefully covers every version from 2.80 to 3.22.
