not show updated Pubmed ID #42

I am again having trouble seeing pubmed IDs even after I input them.

For example, I added pubmed ID to https://rmdb.stanford.edu/entry_manage/entry_edit/RNAPZ14_MCA_0002/843 but it is not showing up for me at https://rmdb.stanford.edu/detail/RNAPZ14_MCA_0002 even after I force-reset the cache for the page!

JSON file not generated properly when "User root already has more than 'max_user_connections' active connections".
