move structure to lower sidebar #50

Rearranging ’structure’ applet

Please get rid of the ‘structure’ sidebar, and instead put that FORNA applet in the ‘bar plot’ sidebar, under the bar plot graph and above the DATA_ANNOTATION fields.

Previously the reactivity that is displayed in the FORNA applet is changed through a drop-down menu; instead have it now updated along with the bar graph, controlled by user through the following toolbar.

Please rename ‘bar plot’ sidebar to ‘reactivity’. Please add the information icon symbol next to DATA_ANNOTATION, and have it link to https://rmdb.stanford.edu/deposit/specs/#annotation

This is almost done -- unfortunately did not yet link drop-down menu for FORNA applet to the up/down arrows on sidebar that control bar graph.
