RMDB stores the largest data sets for some specialized but very rich chemical mapping experiments, including mutate-and-map experiments (from Das and collaborating labs), cotranscriptional SHAPE-seq (from Lucks and Strobel labs).
RMDB actually requires authors to specify experimentType in an ANNOTATIONS file during upload, but it doesn't seem like anything is done with that information despite the hassle. So:
[ ] Let's provide options for each experimentType through a dropdown menu during upload.
[ ] Let's allow for search of experimentType by typing, e.g., "mutate-and-map" in search bar, or simply "mutate".
[ ] In the Browse page left Sidebar, let's consider providing subsets of the data by experimentType
[ ] It's important for downstream users, particularly doing ML to be able to Download all of a subset, or all RDATs selected through a search. See also #75.
