Merging HB version and associated tools

Investigate a merging of main branch on HB branch to see conflicts (Yuri), evaluate the difficulties to solve those conflicts.

New features of HB version (to be confirmed modified by Yuri) :

• Triplet coefficient of HB rheology, exactly similar to classical hydraulic friction
• Fortran routine for FV solver.
• Different formulations with mean slope theta of x
• Slope computation of bathy (preproc) but also free surface in time (lower level) ; what level of imbrication, how is it wrapped?
• other? (a priori no)

Provide HB related test cases (Yuri). lab cases and real case Brazil.

Plan future modifications for merging (Yuri/Leo/PAG/Kevin/JM).
