Merge Markdown.Cli and Markdown.Console projects #3

Currently there are two projects:

Markdown.Console | Library for rendering markdown in the terminal
Markdown.Cli | Console app that uses Markdown.Console lib

There are pros and cons to this approach:

Pros

The two projects serve different audiences
Issues in separate repos makes sense
Releases in separate repos makes sense

Cons

The two names are confusing
- Is Cli the console app?
- Is Console the console app?
Most issues raised in Cli can only be fixed in Console
The two projects are less discoverable
Development of Cli is complicated by use of NuGet
