Automatically update on branch change and automatically refresh the clients on git change

• Keep track of "version" with the usage of the git commit hash
  • Index page retrieves version and refreshes the page whenever the commit hash is different than the one it started with
• Check if an os.system('git pull') is sufficient to update the application, since the app.py reloads on change detected
  • Do this every 10 minutes
