It's a midi file. Don't really know what to do with it.

The description and the name is a reference to this song.

Audacity supports importing midi files.

Decided to hexdump the output. Noticed a pattern of letters. After some magic:

-> % xxd -c 9 blue.mid | cut -c 37 | tr -d '\n'
