Enhanced Front End for both Home page and How it works.

Note waiting on User Profile to be completed @mattcw9090 to provide functional hyperlinks

Recommendations:

[ ] Remove court images as it is unlikely a user will upload a photo when posting their event (too tedious)
[ ] Please fix the outstanding merge conflicts the event database should instead have been created in a seperate branch
