Delete unused index.html, linked how it works hyperlinks to /profile #37

Had to hyperlink new user profile to how it work page links "Customise your profile" and "Manage your events". Not sure why it did not connect to the previous PR.

Also deleted unused HTML files (UI Sketch and Index.html)
