Demo of a dashboard

This demo is the very first design of the dashboard with basic decoration, it needs to be carefully considered in terms of designing and user interfaces in the near future.

Dashboard has been fixed for requests to be displayed on the same row as what have been discussed during a meeting. However, css design, user interactive functions, and the function to display new outstanding requests from the updated database still need to be done
