Describe the bug SCP-1797 can't be administered to neither prisoners nor colonists.

Mod Version: 1.0.21

Additional context There might be a chance the prisoner/colonist will consume the sample on their own if left without food, since it provides a lil nutrition.

likely fixed in latest push to master branch, later to be fixed on steam.
