Adds new config package, which moves the config related code to its own module.
Adds new embed package, which embeds a default config file into the executable.
Uses the values (version, commit, date) provided by go-releaser, improving the help message.

This is wonderful. One potential pitfall, if you run anonymize-mysqldump without any arguments or outputs, or any input, it just sits there waiting.

Could we also update the readme in the same PR to address the new build steps, and the new (potential) way of using the command?
