Remove Repair Limit doesn't work as intended #1

Could you please port this mod to the 1.19.2 version?

Despite these configs:

I'm still unable to upgrade my pickaxe as it says Too Expensive and does not let me complete the action.

From my testing, I can say that this only applies on new items. My pickaxe on the server had already reached the anvil usage cap before adding this mod, is it possible to change this?

Also, is it possible to add a configuration option to block unintended enchantments from affecting items?

For example: Pickaxes should not have Piercing image

At first glance, this seems to be an issue in general with the mod, and not the versions supported. I'm not sure when I'll be able to do anything about this, but I'll do so when I can.
