[ ] Some angled brackets are not displaying.
[ ] "converted to a Factor type. mapping spreadsheet must be [...]"
[ ] One of the Appendix entries uses the proword "SHOULD", but this word was not defined.
[ ] Consider expanding the little image at the top of the README to show the data before and after tsv2label is applied.

[ ] "Levels are created in the order they are listed." clarify that this is the order that are listed in the mapping table, not in the source data.
