Overview

Move docker content from /code to /docs.

Deploying #31 to prod is trouble if the content is in `/code` (new) instead of `/docs`.

make stop
make start
make build
open https://localhost:8000
✅ verify docs load

Skipped. The (alternative) staging docs loads after deploy of build.
