Add the "Data Depo Repository" About page from mesteva-datadepotrepo-updates branch.

Changes

• added page from another user & branch
  • changed links to all work
  • removed one line that links to content that does not exist yet.
• deleted unnecessary image dir placeholder file
• added new image
