Make the folder structure more clear --> Add "Final" and "Working" folder under every main folder #9

Then add the final file(s) under the final folder and the rest of the files under working folder.

You can delete the previous files that you don't need any longer; they will be always stored in GitHub history, so you can always access them in the future
