In addition to the python packages listed in requirements.txt, you will need the following libraries (only tested on Ubuntu) :
you can parse the following line in your terminal :
sudo apt-get install libhdf5-serial-dev netcdf-bin libnetcdf-dev libeccodes-tools
You will also need a cds account, and having set up your .cdsapirc file in you home directory. See https://cds.climate.copernicus.eu/api-how-to#install-the-cds-api-key for more informations.
